Domestic abuse
No one should suffer domestic abuse or violence, there is no reason that can justify abusing someone you live with or a family member. You need to tell someone what is happening to you and / or your children.
To speak to someone about domestic abuse or violence:

What is domestic abuse?
Domestic abuse is not always physical violence. It can also include, but is not limited to:
- controlling or threatening behaviour,
- psychological behaviour, which can lead to someone doubting their own sanity,
- controlling or limiting money,
- verbal abuse,
- emotional abuse,
- sexual abuse,
Domestic abuse or domestic violence is between someone aged 16 or over, who are or have been an intimate partner, or family members, regardless of their gender or sexuality.

You can leave your home to escape domestic abuse even under the current lockdown.
