Local Government Transparency Code 2015
The Local Government Transparency Code 2015, published on GOV.UK, sets out the minimum data that we need to publish and how often we should publish the data. We are fully committed to open data and to fulfilling our duties to publish our data under the Code.
We are currently developing the data sets required by the Code. Some of this data is already available below and we will add to it as other data sets become available.
The www.data.gov.uk website provides details on open data, and you can search for data published by central government, local authorities and public bodies.
Use of our open data
Under the Open Government Licence, we release all data listed on this page for public reuse. This licence allows you to use the data for any purpose you wish, so long as you credit the source to Eden District Council. If you use any of these data sets to create web applications, please let us know and we will list them here.

In the years 2016/2017, 2017/2018, 2018/2019 and 2019/20, there were no cases of suspected fraud.

North West Supplier Portal (The Chest) website is where we advertise tender opportunities for goods and services.
Social housing assets
